AOL may be faster for sites cached by AOL.

(the top 100 or so).

HOWEVER, for others (including of course links from the
cached sites) it can be *much* slower because AOL must
backhaul all traffic to Virginia for users of the AOL
`integrated' interface.

If AOLnet is used bare (i.e. just launch Navigator or Explorer)
speed is comprable to other ISPs.
