Well said Honeybee.
They are entertaining.
By that suckups diatribe, the SEC must be jealous of the salaries paid to Citibank..

nytimes.com

Citigroup on Wednesday agreed to pay $285 million to settle a civil complaint by the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had defrauded investors who bought just such a deal. The transaction involved a $1 billion portfolio of mortgage-related investments, many of which were handpicked for the portfolio by Citigroup without telling investors of its role or that it had made bets that the investments would fall in value.

How different is that than recommending QQQ to your investors via special mailed bulletin then telling others you are bearish? Even worse.... advertising results that don't include the QQQ bulletin ...

Just YESTERDAY I got another pitch from Genworth asking for money to manage:

Investment Solutions for Volatile Markets
Learn How to Leverage Bob Brinker's Investment Strategies
10/19/2011 10:16 AM: "Through the Private Client Group, you also have the opportunity to leverage the experience and insights of an investment expert you trust, Bob Brinker. The Private Client Group is the only investment advisory firm that has an exclusive agreement with Bob to offer portfolios based on his investment strategy and philosophy."

How much money do you think they could raise to manage for a fee if it was well known Bob Brinker was a raging bull at the very top of the worst bear market since the Great Depression with buy signals all the way down?

Maybe I should dig up that mailed letter with a graph showing Brinker's "sell signal" in 2000 then his buy signal in 2003 with no mention of the QQQ advice....

Maybe one of the suckups here can stop taking personal shots at us long enough to contact Genworth and get investment return info... see if they disclose the actual performance by year... or bury it as much as legally allowed.
