If independence or increased independence is a priority of the American people, then they made a mistake voting for people who advocate policies contrary to that goal.

Talk like this has a close to non-sane sound to it. Never mind that it contradicts past posts by you where expressed understanding that any move to alternatives to present energy sources will take decades.
