Russian Roulette pretty much sums it up. It's for these exact reasons that the SEC has created regulations so that investors can evaluate the merit of a company they are invested in, or planning to invest in.

Think for a second about the information we DO NOT have access to:
1) Who the management team is.
2) Who is on the board of directors, if anyone.
3) How many shares the company has.
4) The company's statement about this SEC investigation.
5) The implications of the investigation from the SEC.
6) Who the owners of some of these companies that were indicted.
7) Reaudited financial statement for the period ended 2/29/96.
8) Guidance as to whether 1st/2nd qtr. financials will be redone.
9) Confirmation of all these business relationships we were told about.
10) Guidance as to whether SEXI will trade back on the Bulletin Board.

I'm sure there are more questions, but you get my point.

Just a poor schmuck wanting a few answers...........
