Who gets indicted first? Trump or Obama? 15 Don Surber by Don Surber
John O. Brennan, Obama's second-term CIA director, threatened President Trump after the Department of Justice fired Andrew McCabe for leaking classified information and for lying to investigators, the latter is a felony.
"When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history," Brennan tweeted.
For the sake of accuracy, the sentence better applies to Obama, who corrupted every tentacle of the federal government, including the IRS, to go after middle class Americans and their supporters. Instead of spying on foreign threats, Obama turned the telescope around and spied on the political opposition.
Brennan is a mole. I am convinced of that. Canadian billionaire Conrad Black wrote of Brennan's tweet, "It was seemly that someone who voted for Gus Hall, the American Communist leader, for president in 1976 would invoke Marx."
Gus Hall was the American communist who it turned out was on the Soviet Union's payroll. The proof came when they opened the records after the Soviet Union fell. Coincidentally, liberals lost their affection for Russia when the Soviet Union collapsed.
Their disaffection for the United States continues, hidden under President Clinton but accelerated under Obama.
The past year featured competing investigations. The much-heralded Mueller investigation has nearly a daily news story. The inspector general investigation of the FBI headed by Michael Horowitz has slipped by the noisome press.
One targets Trump for political reasons. Brennan and the rest of the cabal of covert communists refuse to cede power to the populist reformer.
The other investigation targets Obama for running a Big Brother operation. Brennan is a liar. McCabe too. Comey as well. These were not men acting independently. Obama hired a rogue's gallery of two-faced liars.
Diogenes would be beaten and robbed of his lamp had he entered the White House in the Obama years.
How far will it go? Trump will shut the apparatus down but I think he is too nice to indict Obama, which is a shame because that will tempt the next Democratic president to go even further. |
