Your not taking into account future earning- I think it will be BIG and I guess you think the opposite I think it's important to wait for the news to see where their going and exactly whose interested (ICI-is already selling SV-35)it's a proven product I'm sure ICI has done their homework press release below has it at $100mil industry-I'll settle for half What it(Napier) worth then? biz.yahoo.com
