My bean counter friends have pointed out that low margins don't preclude extraordinary roic if they are accompanied by high inventory turns. Dell's business model is an incredible success; their compound growth rates for revenue and earnings lead American industry for the last 5 years. But the biggest attraction for me is the quality and integrity of their management team, and Michael Dell in specific.

Mike, I don't characterize dell as a Gorilla or a King. They are a Prince in waiting. But they will ascend to the Throne soon <g>.
