Looks like the institutional seller may have finally shot his wad before 10:00 am EST.

There seemed to be a final fit of large block selling beginning around 9:45 am. Later, the price moved up with ease to $14.50 on negligible buying volume as if a big weight had been lifted. There is selling pressure currently at $14.50, however. Perhaps the MM's still have some remaining blocks to cross, but they know they can get a better price for their favored institutional client by bringing the bid up to the mid $14 range.

At any rate, I would guess the block selling will soon abate and we shall see some more levity.
