"If, in fact, we see massive selling during the current quarter by the insiders, I will start to worry." Moonray, Don't you think by the time any massive selling would be reported...we'd be well over a day late and a lot more than a dollar short? We usually find out something is amiss when the stock price starts tanking. Maybe you should watch the filings of forms which indicate intentions to sell. Now if we could get the news as fast as the brokerages do...we'd be okay. But I don't see that happening anytime soon. Also if massive or any insider selling occurs based on bad news and management hasn't warned first, they expose themselves to litigation in a big way.
