Everyone is going to bend the rules to do what they can to survive. Once you are done cutting the payroll to the bone and restructuring as many contracts as you can, the only thing you have left to do is get new revenue streams.

There's some kind of something going on with the "bubble stocks" as a whole...take a look at INAP and UAXS, they have had similar types of run ups. I think this is a trading situation where traders somewhere are taking bets on the ones that are still alive.
