We got this bill in order to go overboard on DOD, The reason DOD is so big is that they are on a too big strategic plan. It is too big because we let the Flags sell it to the admin. We need to give up on our "World Policeman;" It's got us into all the small wars we are fighting that we can't win. You think we won the ISIS war? We just stirred up the protagonists.
