Steve, What did I misstate about the Vulgate? I said it was based on the Septuagint. Am I wrong? I'm not sure you know what the Septuagint is. I did not say I studied the bible for 20 years. I said I studied it 20 years ago. And yes, I have forgotten some of what I studied 20 years ago. Haven't you? Why do you want to debate the bible? I'm sorry, but I did not get a chance to read it last night, so my answers will have to wait. My point about beam me up Scotty is just that we must accept uncertainty.
