Well, they will have to wait until 6 months after a new government is formed before declaring the skeptics wrong. Or, do they want to celebrate when they can? Oil prices have risen considerably in recent months. The BJP government will have to let the cat out of the bag sooner or later. They will hold it down until the elections are over.
