Something to think about, what if you customer could click on your website in a secret spot then put in a bunch of random passwords... could be encrypted if needed. then what will come up is a bunch of reports about his orders with you.. everything from first pass yeilds on his parts you are making for him to sales orders status and inventory if appropriate. What if he could start off a groupware application from that spot to implement an ECN with parts you are making for him.. the what if's go on and on ... No pipe dream been doing that with customers for 4 yrs.
