Mike - I agree --if this thing trades again, it is going to be very difficult. However, if the SEC shuts them down and the State of TN actually does liquidate the company and it doesn't trade again, should be a no brainer. Since my post I have learned that at some time it will probably re-open, perhapsa t .005 cents or something like that. At that point, it will be hard to argue worthlessness at May 7, especially since I still own the stock and haven't sold. I don't know, but was just tossing ideas out there. However, for me I don't think it matters as my loss is S-T (like many others here), so the May 7 deadline doesn't really matter. I was just throwing it out there in case someone actually had the strength and courage to hold this puppy long-term. thanks for the clarification.
This is a situation whereas the "facts and circumstances" would dictate the case. If anyone may be get burned by the May 7 proposed deadline, I suggest you seriously look into the whole thing. It's technical and probably a gray area, so who knows.
Later Mike - P.S. - I still can't send you e-mails??? Try sending me one and I'll respond to it, if you would. Marc |
