first of 6 cities to go live in the very near future. I remember reading the list, and all sixe cities were the ones
upgraded by HLIT's equipment. T is exclusively using HLIT equipment it seems in all of these trials. This
could be the biggest thing to hit telecom in a long, long time. HFC could not only be for residential for also for
commercial use with QOS and VPN's abounding across the country.
A side note, the FCC cleared T of any obstacles in acquiring UMG,and also loosened the restrictions pretty
heavily on cable ownership. So T is a go for acquiring UMG without having to sell off any major parts of the
network. Everything is looking so good for HLIT and CCBL that my head is spinning with visions of multiple
porsches running through my head. I am getting so excited I am gonna dress the dog up as John Malone for
Halloween and go trick or treating. The dead wood of Malone and Hindery are gone. Armstrong is going to
rock the whole damn telecom industry and HLIT is his main armament.
GO HLIT,we are gonna kick some cable ass.
