Dearest Eric, Rest assured that MS knows damn well what is allowed and what is not regarding the SEC, we are not dealing with kiddies here. There has been some miscommunication regarding this subject, the facts are rather simple: 1. FNTN will continue to do what they do regardless of market conditions (no brainer). 2. FNTN will announce news as they see fit, regardless of share price (whoops another no brainer). 3. FNTN will never respond to unfounded accusations ( again a no brainer). 4. FNTN will always further the Company's objectives in the best interest of all us shareholders (anudda no brainer) Sorry for the redundancy no arrogance intended, lets put a few things to bed already sheesh,, All my best to SHAREHOLDERS, L & S FNTN,, barbara
