New acquisitions are likely to be accretive - they will enhance shareholder value from the beginning. Take a look at AgriBioTech (ABTX) for a somewhat parallel acquisition path. ABTX is a few months ahead of TPRO in its acquisitions. In a couple years, ABTX has grown from $29,000 in revenues to a current run rate of $280 million, and has started to turn a profit. It is also in a "mom and pop" sector and pretty much has captured a niche. ABTX also has a CEO who knows what's what in his specialty. TPRO has been blessed with a cash cow. Jenkins has shown a firm grasp of leverage. I expect a lot. ABTX's CEO also surrounded himself with senior mngmnt. that knows the rules. There are lots of parallels between the two companies. It is do-able.
