mr.mark, re >the error message was a bit misleading.< Misleading and uninformative error messages are high on my list of annoyances. The worst is "the program has performed an illegal act and will be shut down". Which program? Right after come the error messages asking you to reinstall everything [I exaggerate] when the problem is a clogged server.:) Maybe we should start collecting bad error messages? PS: I bid on Partition Magic V4 at Amazon. Amazon lets you charge it to your credit card, which adds some safety when dealing with an unknown vendor. Gottfried
