I would begin the argument by disputing the relevance of the "multiplexed bus" wrt to the SDRAM and DDR features that were appropriated from the Rambus specifications. Then follow that up with your argument that the SDRAM bus is actually a multiplexed bus for the purposes of using the related features.

I doubt that the judge will buy Infineon's arguments because if accepted it would defeat the purposes of "continuation" and "divisional" applications in the PTO process.
