In 1986, failed at liftoff and blewup. A year and half later (in Oct 1987) the stock bubble failed at liftoff and crashed.
In 2003, Columbia was returning from up above and had a catastrophic failure and blew up.
In 2003, the stocks are still returning from a trip to da moon....

Eerie similarities. Spotting the problems in Challenger and Columbia is rocket science and perhaps too difficult. Spotting the bubble in the stock market isn't a rocket science. Too bad we lost the lives of our atronomers. Worse, many are going to lose their life savings.
