Bear Stearns:

QNTM reit buy, lowered estimates, still see target of $40 to $50

Gruntal:

QNTM reit buy, lowered target from $50 to $35

Prudential:

AMAT reit buy, lowered estimates, to complet Korean shut off
& quantify downside risk.
