Having owned PRWT for over a decade, I was alerted to this stock's rise from the ashes around October '97, when Business Wire carried the story about PRWT's planned merger with VIPC (Visual Interactive Phone Concepts). That merger did not happen, yet it is VIPC's undisclosed, strategic alliance with PanAm BanCorp that, perhaps, has the most explosive possibilities.
