Rick, "gobs of MC" --- What's MC?? "Monetary Capital," perhaps? (not to mention time, and focus ... ) How about "Moral Capital?" Getting something approved for a niche, then peddling it off label, encouraging -- docs to beta-test based on "anecdotal reports" -- and patient decisions based more on emotion, rumor, desperation and hope, than on documented repeatable results.
