That event would seal the defeat of Mr Bush. In fact it would seal a landslide victory for Kerry. If the jobless numbers keep mounting, Bush may lose in a landslide without the Heartland AND the South.

Can't say I would be broken hearted about any of the above scenarios playing out!! ( gg)

Bauer is a member of the GOP base so his defection ( although slight at this point) shows Bush is even weak with some die-hard Republicans.

Kerry should run and ad that shows how popular Bush is in Beijing. Maybe have a few CHinese talking about how good Bush has been for them and their families with new jobs and an increase in their standard of living. They would be talking in Chinese with the translation in English footnotes!! LOL..............On second thought, that might be hitting too far below Bush's belt..........naw, nothing is too low for Bush!
