Serge -- Just to clear the air, I phoned NN to get the official response to buyout possibilities. The official response is, "It's nothing we're pursuing and there are no offers on the table." Judging from my conversation with Mr. Lutz at SuperComm in June, anything is possible at the right price. Even Mr. Matthews has a responsibility to his shareholders. I'm hoping someone brings up the subject at the annual meeting so I can hear his first-hand response and watch his body language at the same time. Fresh from seeing "Rounders. . ." <g> Pat
