In those two examples of acquisitions it looks like it was all capitalized and in fact for Inland it looks like they even capitalized a few thousand more than they actually spent. There seemed to be no charge to earnings the quarter of the acquisition except for the amoritization over the five years. Some times I get things wrong in the morning...I did it once before, and everyone on this board noticed. So perhaps it is just my morning condition. Aloha, You seem to have a personality change when you are having a difficult trading day. Hope today is better for you.
