I would expect a substantial increase in activity in the Gulf of Mexico in the 3rd and 4th quarters of this year increasing over the next 2-3 years.

I made good money in GLBL, but HOFF is one of my larger holdings. HOFF is selling at less than 9 times next years estimated earnings, which I would expect to improve as activity increases in the Gulf this and next year. HOFF also has analyst ratings of three strong buys or 1.0, and has a good balance sheet.
