I once went salmon fishing in Scotland (River Tay), but we went there in April. It was too early in the season, we didn't catch one fish in one week! But the people and the place (Dunkeld) was very nice.

Also played St. Andrews Old Course. I think I stopped scoring after 12 holes or so <g>. The nastiest bunkers I have ever visited: In some, you had to play out backwards again towards the tee!

Scotland was great fun (also for drinking...)!!
