Olympus announces options grant



VANCOUVER, Feb. 11 /CNW/ - Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc. ("the Company")
announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 1,848,000
common share purchase options to directors and employees. The options will
expire on February 11, 2007 and have an exercise price of $0.60 per share.
Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject
to a four-month hold period expiring on June 11, 2002.
