I had no luck on UCLA's website, but I've found a few sites that might be helpful:

FCC LMDS documents:
fcc.gov

fcc.gov

BCTel capital upgrades:
bctel.com

Wirerless tests:
bctel.com

The trial consists of three phases. In the first phase, 30 participants in greater Vancouver will use a small rectangular antenna directed at a transmitter on Mount Seymour to download information quickly from the Internet and a conventional phone line to send e-mails and get to the Internet. In the second phase, 30 more participants in the same area will use MCS to receive as well as send data. In the third and final phase, the trial will be expanded to include 30 customers and employees in Penticton.

BC TELECOM will be the first company in Canada to transmit information to and from the Internet using MCS technology (2.5 gigahertz spectrum).

For engineers, a resource forum:

Okay, that should keep you busy.
