Ice- Non stop hardware vendors spec their equipment at 99.99999 availibility. That's less than 6 minutes of down time per year. eBay doesn't even come close to that a day. I think it's a mindset problem with eBay management. They still are a mom and pop operation and an attractive target to someone willing to spend the bucks. Don't know about the stock price moving in opposite direction to reliability. Do remember that I was one of about 20 buyers ripped off by a crooked seller just before the IPO. Might have bought some post IPO stock at $40. if that hadn't happened. Instead had to watch it soar to the stratosphere so maybe you're on to something. Harvey
