Dear Al: Yes, I agree, it appears to be an excellent "defensive" stock due to its dividend. But would restate, whether or not it gets back to its 10 pe (which of course sure seems reasonable compared to ANY Tech stock) IMHO will depend mainly on the auto industry in general. Right now, I dont have a warm and fuzzy feeling for the auto industry over the next couple of years. JDN
