Well, it's lunchtime and still no news. How am I, as an investor, supposed to have an informed opinion on my company when I am hearing different stories about whether SEXI is a plaintiff or defendent in this case. The Bloomberg news indicates we're a defendent, but there are employees in the Virginia office who say otherwise. This investor is very unclear as to what is going on here! If Systems of Excellence has information indicating that they are a plaintiff in this case, THIS INFORMATION MUST BE DISSIMINATED PUBLICLY. Don't mess up my golf schedule this afternoon, release this very vital information to us now and inform us where the company stands!!!!
