Ahhh. I love Krugman in the morning. I get a bigger jolt from his article than a double espresso! What's that he says? That the 5 trillion dollars of Federal stimulus over the past 4 years is not enough. What does he want? Even more Federal stimulus and in a shorter period of time. What is his specific recommendation now? Perhaps something like incurring 5 trillion dollars of deficit spending over the next 2 years? What's that? More? Does he really want to incur 7.5 trillion dollars of deficit spending over the next 2 years? By the way, this is not the economic policy of Republican dreams. He knows that and doesn't want Republicans in power to achieve their dreams.
