In almost all these cases the theme is the same. " posted false messages " Multiple aliases, spamming, etc. " created 47 different Yahoo (YHOO) usernames (many inspired by prescription drugs), and with his accomplices sent more than 400 messages to various financial message boards." And of course, front running. That's why it's best to have one name, your own, don't spam, don't post anything not in the public domain, don't post price targets......and I always post my buys, as they happen...so anyone can see the trades.
