Ramsey, a related question, I think.

Can Telson manufacture a dual mode (gsm/cdma) phone given their relationship to NOK? I guess the larger question is, if the manufacturer of the phone has a relationship with the gsm community, are they precluded from putting a gsm/cdma asic in the phone, even if the asic is manufactured by Q*? Is this a way for Q* to avoid getting involved in the ipr trade outs that have been clouding this issue for some time? Let the manufacturers deal with it?
