You also asked about URLs. Here's how you do it.
1. Go to the message that you want to link to.
2. Put your cursor on the "location" which begins with "http."
3. Left click until the entire address is highlighted.
4. Right click with your cursor still on the highlighted address and you will see a menu.
5. Scroll down on the menu and click on "copy."
6. Then create the message you want to send and into which you want to place the URL.
7. Put your cursor in the message area and right click and you will see a menu.
8. Scroll down the menu and click "paste" and the address will show up.
9. Hit your return key and send the message. That will create your direct link to the message you wanted to link to and you would not have to copy the message.
