So, what's the delay? Is there a problem? According to the SEC much much worse than useless garbage last May in a BW story (I have posted the link only 270 times on diverse web sites for the past 8-9 months) the garbage was into "some very, very serious matters regarding major U.S. companies and accounting firms". So why isn't the garbage shoveling the crimes of their mob owners out into public view? Are they waiting for the next concept scam to go to zero? Before the Enron scam went belly up the garbage had gotten around to "reviewing" its 1997 annual report. This is according to the garbage itself. All the garbage had to offer on Enron was: "We didn't understand Enron" -a totally brain dead commissioner of the SEC much much worse than useless garbage to Lou Dobbs, Dec. 2001. It's all documented.
