BMFM we meet again :). msft is arguably the best company on this planet. imho very silly to short it on a longer term basis(no matter what its price). better idea to do some kinda options arbitrage(like a straddle), buy protective calls etc. also, imho, justice dept. won't dare to enforce restrictions on win98. Can you imagine the flack they would receive if the boomer's fav. stocks go down with a market swoon? if you just wnat to buy msft at a good price, buy it now, put the certificates in a safe deposit box. you'll prolly do ok in a couple years. best -P
