Bush-Cheney should admit we are making terrorism worse with their war in Iraq. In fact, a conservative expert recently stated on TV that Arab terrorism only erupts when we are occupying their lands or have military bases on their soil. Seems to be true when you think about it. So let's pull out. I'll bet terrorism virtually stops overnight. After all, Osama said that 9-11 was because we had bases on the Saudi peninsula, his holy land. And he was right. We do and we did. Including secret bases which we left there after the Gulf War. Back in the 80's Osama and Saddam were both our allies. We had very little terrorism then except when our Marines went into Lebanon. Also, if Iran is so "evil" why was Halliburton trading with them in the 90's, and why are we piping oil to them now? Clearly, Bush's war gave Islamic extremists more power in Iran. If we pulled out opf Iraq maybe Iran would revert back to moderate-leaning directions.
