If Chief Wiggles thinks Iraqis are going to disarm themselves of their 80 million firearms, he's been hitting the rave-juice a bit too much.

It'll be as tough disarming the Iraqis as it would be disarming Americans. They've seen this Central-Government-is-your-Friend movie before.

But I'm sure he and his sponsors will keep trying both.
