A statement supposedly from Bin Laden says that he is "in partnership with the people of Iraq" or some such. My reading of it was that he was united with them in their fight against the US, but I am not secretary Powell. the freep, who didn't win in Vegas but did get bumped (willingly) from his flight and thus made up a bunch of the losses <g>
