Hi Wolf, uncharacteristically, I had to read your post a couple of times. But agree with your point.

Your conclusion:

Acqua is buying and will hold shares in a controlled fashion
of this upstart because they don't think the shares will be
expensive under $25 within 13 months. They said this in
the agreement.


perhaps should replace "Acqua is buying" to "Acqua is positioning themselve to buy...".

Its Rebecca that will determine how many shares Acqua will eventually receive out of this agreement.

If she wants to make them happy, then she will draw down the entire amount. I take it that you are convinced Rebecca will drawdown the entire $50mm within this year. To me, if the other EU upfront fees are received and sales takes place on time this spring, then DMX only needs is $5 to $10mm for survival and operations at this time.

So $40 to $45mm for clinicals? Too much. Acquisition? Too little. More OXO and its survival? Hmmm.
