The US attack in Iraq was unilateral. We did 95% of the work and carried 95% of the expenses and casualties. The UK carried about 4%. The other 1% were just token forces from various countries trying to curry favor with the Bushies. Most of those have pulled out now. Many were basically mercenaries. The worst part was we had almost no moderate Arabs helping us and no Arab-speaking peacekeepers.
