Sure Genetic research is O.K.

Isn't that going to be the future that cures a lot of diseases? Certainly as the baby boom ages they will spend less on 240 dollar jeans and more on medicine and genetic research. I was walking around walmart today and it seems once people hit about 60 they quit caring about fashion and nice clothes but they are lining up over at the pharmacy section. Some guy on bulls and bears talking about CVS stock said the problem with old people is that they want to live forever and think they can find the fountain of youth in a pill. hehe Don't you want to live a little longer?

providing some dumb idiot adult doesn't start deciding which kids are smart and which ones aren't and who gets the better educational resources.

RE educational resources - I don't know what it is like where you are at - are you in some remote 3rd world country? All the crackheads I see out here in fla had a choice - go to the free library and read free books or use the free computers to get all the free education they wanted or pick up that crack pipe - they made thier own choice.
