I love how they use creative license with words.... "...improving the delivery of comprehensive reproductive health services." Interpretation: Lets enable them to f*#k themselves to death. Get drunk, screw who ever you can snag, and see what happens. Clinton says its healthy when you go for his services. "...Family Planning" Interpretation: Lets fund more agencies to discourage citizens from considering responsible relationships (actually planning for a family life). BTW what is the meaning of "is"?
