Why don't we just go ahead and convert them now. This would enable the company going forward to "completely manage" only one dilutive event and that would be issuing stock to companies CVIA would be holding. The effects of the warrants would be behind us. I hope I'm not "flamed" these a just my thoughts and my opinion.
