pavlov, you still believe this stuff? a 7 million dollar windfall on the porn certainly won't hurt earnings. the NASD has actually commented that the application is still being reviewed. Now E&Y will be sued? by who, LVC ? (lol). publishing a statement of claims means that the law firm used by lvc must be from a circus. LVC is a joke.
