Michael Murphy (who has touted the stock for years, and has a technology newsletter) is advising all
shareholders to NOT tender their shares. He says that the shareholders are getting "screwed" (which we
already knew). He says "they" (him and his people) are already taking steps to get another more reasonable
bid on the table - he didn't give any specifics.

Please do NOT tender your shares!!!
